Mon Valley Alliance
In February of 2016 The Swiatek Melone Group was hired by the Mon Valley Progress Council and the Middle Monongahela Industrial Development Association to assist organization with its intent to merge into one. The Swiatek Melone Group developed the communications plan and timeline assisting the two organizations with everything from selecting the new name for the organization, developing the logo and tag line, press releases, announcement letters to community leaders, press conference, launch events, promotional video, website and more. The communication and announcement of the merger was received with tremendous community support and enthusiasm. The Mon Valley Alliance merger was recognized by the Washington Observer Reporter as the Fourth Biggest Regional Business Story of 2016.
